Bizonbytes.com was all about invoicing in his infancy.  We have spent a good part of our work building an invoicing module that would be simple but at the same time flexible.  Now let me tell you what our invoicing module can do for you if you haven’t discovered it yet.

• Not sure how to create an invoice then I suggest you use the wizard approach otherwise select the single form approach where everything to create an invoice can be found on one page.
• No need to complete the invoice right away since you can easily save your work as draft.
• If you use the work order module then you can associate your work order with your invoice description so it’s easier to manage what work as been invoiced or not.
•  Choose one of many templates for your invoice. We will add more for sure and in the near future we will let members create their own template and share them with other members if they wish to.
•  You can also schedule your invoice to be sent daily,weekly, monthly and even yearly to your clients.
• Once you create an invoice it will automatically create a PDF file version.
•   If you decide to update your invoice then each time you save it you will create a revision history so no worries to lose track of your changes.
• One of my favourite option is to be able to pay and preferably get paid for invoices you sent to your customers.  Simply enter your PayPal account email and then when you send an invoice to your client if he or she is also a member then he or she will be able to pay you using PayPal.com.
•  From your invoice listing you will get some useful data like: Total Not Paid, Total Paid and Total of all your invoices.
•  But like me you probably love stats so if you go under the report module you will get all kind of useful report you can create and save.
•  Once you have received a payment for an invoice you can also mark them as Receive Payment and Deposit.  Receive Payment is to let you know that you have received the payment and Deposit means you have deposit the payment in your bank account.  They are there to help you keep track of your invoices status.
