Free Account Refund Policy
If you use the free version of BizOnBytes.com membership then you will never be charged. With that in mind no refund can be apply.
You can during your membership period upgrade to the Premium Account by simply logging in and selecting from the top menu "My Account" followed by "Member Profile" and then selecting the Premium Edition from the drop-down in the Account Type section.
Premium Account Refund Policy
Once you pay for your Premium membership you are not eligible for a refund even if you close your account before the end of the membership period or downgrade for the lite Account (Free).
Since we are not doing recurring payment for yearly membership you don't have to inform us that you don't want to renew your membership, it will convert itself after your membership has expired to the lite edition (free).
If you want to cancel your membership then you can by simply logging in and selecting from the top menu "My Account" followed by "Account Status" and then clicking the "Close Account" button.
Once you have close your account it will be kept archived for 1 month and after that period it will be deleted completely from our server.
You can during your membership period downgrade to the Lite Account (Free) by simply logging in and selecting from the top menu "My Account" followed by "Member Profile" and then selecting the Lite Edition from the drop-down in the Account Type section.
