Create a bizonbytes.com Account

If you don't yet have an account with us, just visit the Bizonbytes.com homepage and click on the button Signup on the top navigation bar.

Once you've finished registering, you'll receive a verification email. Clicking the link in that email will complete the account creation process.

When creating an account, please keep the following points in mind:

  • the bizonbytes.com Account username should be an email address that you check regularly;
  • the password must be at least six characters long and cannot be longer then twelve characters;
  • when deciding on a password, select a unique combination of letters and numbers.
Cost

Bizonbytes.com offers two types of membership:

Get your business ready for business

Once you've signed in to your new account, you're ready to open the doors of your company to the members of the community.

Start by adding you products and/or services.

  • Click the Create product and/or service link on the left menu bar.
  • Fill in the mandatory field on the form and click next until you get to the last step.
  • Click Save.

Then add your clients and/or suppliers.

  • Click the “Create client”/supplier link on the left menu bar.
  • If you know the email address of the client/supplier, enter it in the search form; otherwise, click on continue without an email.
  • Fill in the mandatory field on the “Add client/supplier” page.
  • Click Save.

Or for a new supplier

  • Click the “Create supplier” link on the left menu bar.
  • If you know the email address of the supplier, enter it in the search form; otherwise, click on continue without an email.
  • Fill in the mandatory field on the “Add supplier” page.
  • Click Save.

Visit the community of members to find potential clients and suppliers

Bizonbytes.com is a great tool for finding business opportunities with other members of this community.

Find Clients

  • Click the Find Clients link on the left menu bar.
  • Enter the criteria that meets your product and/or services
  • Click Seach.
  • Click on the button view from one of the company on the list.
  • Click on the button add to potential client list.

Find Suppliers

  • Click the Find Suppliers link on the left menu bar.
  • Enter the criteria that meets your product and/or services needs
  • Click Seach.
  • Click on the button view from one of the company on the list.
  • Click on the button add to potential client list.

Add you needs . This is the place to let other people know the needs of your company. Do you need a translator? a computer technician? Let the community know.

  • Click the Create your needs link on the left menu bar.
  • Choose between a service need (e.g.: translator) or a product need (e.g.: computer).
  • Fill in the mandatory field on the form.
  • Click Save.

Upgrade to a Premium Account

If you are using the Free Account and wish to upgrade to the Premium Account then simply follow those steps:

  • Log in to bizonbytes.com with your username and password;
  • Click "Member Profile" from the tab "My Account" at the top of the member area;
  • Select "Premium Account" from the Account Type section and then simply save the form and you will be redirected to PayPal for the payment. Once completed you will be able to sign in and access the Premium privileges.
Protect your password

To help protect your password, follow these guidelines for creating a unique password:

  • use at least six characters;
  • do not use a password that you have used elsewhere;
  • include punctuation marks, mix capital and lowercase letters and include numbers;
  • include similar looking substitutions, such as the number zero for the letter 'O' or $ for the letter 'S';
  • do not make your password all numbers, all uppercase letters, or all lowercase letters.

Tips for keeping your password secure:

  • never tell anyone your password; do not write it down;
  • never send your password by email; Bizonbytes.com will never ask you for your password by email;
  • periodically change your password.

I forgot my password

To add new clients:

  • Click the “ Create client” link on the left menu bar.
  • If you know the email of the client, enter it in the search form; otherwise, click on continue without an email.
  • Fill in the mandatory field on the “Add client” page.
  • Click Save.

To add new suppliers:

  • Log in to bizonbytes.com with your current username and password.
  • Click the “ Create supplier” link on the left menu bar.
  • If you know the email of the supplier enter it in the search form; otherwise, click on continue without an email.
  • Fill in the mandatory field on the “Add supplier” page.
  • Click Save.
Create invoices

Bizonbytes.com offers you two user-friendly options to create a simple or a more complex invoice:

  • Create an invoice using a one page form approach
    This option provides you with all the options to create your invoice on a single page. However, it does not provide you with the opportunity to save and edit later. You can create an invoice for only products, only services or for both products and services.
  • Create an invoice using a multiple page form approach (wizard)
    This option provides you with an easy approach to create your invoice by guiding you step by step through the process. It also provides you with the option of saving and editing later. You can create an invoice for only products, only services or for both products and services.

No matter which option you choose, you will find many options available when you create an invoice, like:

  • associating a template of your choice to the invoice;
  • keeping track of the status of all invoices created;
  • scheduling an invoice;
  • paying an invoice using Paypal.com;
  • saving invoices in PDF format (all invoices are saved in PDF format and are available for both the seller and buyer);
  • adding your own tax label and rate.

To add a new invoice:

  • log in to bizonbytes.com with your current username and password;
  • click the “ Create invoice” link on the left menu bar under the box Income;
  • select an option to create the invoice;
  • fill in the mandatory field on the page(s);
  • click Save.

Bizonbytes.com offers you the option of changing your homepage in the member area section.

You can select one of the options below:

  • you mailbox;
  • your calendar;
  • the summary page.

To change your bizonbytes.com member area home page, follow these simple steps:

  • log in to bizonbytes.com with your current username and password;
  • click “Preferences” from the button “My Account” at the top of any bizonbytes.com page;
  • select the tab Main and choose the option you wish to apply from the drop-down “When logged in to member area display”;
  • Click on Save.
